Shipping policy
Shipping, Click & Collect and Local Delivery Policies:
WE CURRENTLY ONLY SHIP TO THE UK. Please note that the following shipping time frames are EXCLUDING Weekends & Bank Holiday’s. All orders are fulfilled using tracked shipping services & as soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email with tracking links to your order.

Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery: Order before 2PM Mon – Thurs £9.99
Click & Collect:
We offer a free Click and Collect service for all of our Customers. You can select the ‘Pick Up In Store’ option at the checkout If you wish to collect your order.
We are based in Maidstone Kent and typically all orders will be ready to collect within 2 hours from them being placed. Please note that the 2 hour ‘ready to pick up’ time frame can sometimes vary and you should not make the journey to collect your order until you have received the ‘ready to pick up’ email.
Once you have received your ‘ready to collect’ email, please contact us at info@forwardfashionuk.com with a time that you would like to collect your order. If you do not contact us with a time that you will be collecting your order, we cannot guarantee that it will be ready for you.
Collections are to be made only between the hours of 7am – 19:00 Monday to Friday and 9am – 17:00 Saturday’s & Sunday’s. If you do require a different time to collect, then please do contact us at info@forwardfashionuk.com where we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Alternatively, orders can be collected up to 1 week from them being placed. Any orders that are not collected within 1 week of purchasing will be automatically cancelled and refunded. PLEASE NOTE that the same returns policy applies for all collection orders. Please refer to our Refund & Returns policy for more information.
We can offer collection slots on Bank Holiday’s, however please contact us at info@forwardfashionuk.com BEFORE you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. PLEASE NOTE – this is not a ‘ready to pick up’ email. Please await another email that will state when your order is ready to collect.
Local Delivery:
We offer a free Local Delivery option for ME14, ME15, ME16 & ME20 Postcodes. You can select the Local Delivery option at the checkout.
All Local Deliveries will take place within 24 hours of your order being placed and this option is available 7 days a week.
We can offer Local Delivery slots on/around Bank Holiday’s however, if you wish to place an order for Local Delivery on/around a Bank Holiday, then please contact us at info@forwardfashionuk.com BEFORE you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once you have placed your order for Local Delivery, you will receive an email from us at info@forwardfashionuk.com regarding a delivery time slot for your order. PLEASE NOTE - We will make no attempts to deliver your order without a response to our email stating that the time slot proposed will work with you. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, we will automatically cancel and refund your order.
If the proposed delivery time slot does not work for you, then please do let us know and we will do our best to find an alternative time/solution.
Forward Fashion will not leave orders in safe places or with neighbours unless we have been told to do so by the customer and have proof of this via email or message. We cannot take any liability for parcels that go missing under these instructions and it is the customer’s sole responsibility.
