Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy:

 If you would like to return your item/s back to us, then we have a 14 day return policy. This means that from the day that you receive your order, you have got 14 days to ensure that it is received back to us so that we can begin to process your return. Items that are received back to us outside of the 14 day window will be refused a refund and then sent back to the customer. We track all orders and can view when the customer’s order was delivered.

 Please ensure that when sending an item/s back to us, you use a tracked shipping method. Any returns that are lost in transit are the customers responsibility and unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for this. We are unable to refund any postage/return costs.

 We accept returns on all items that have been returned in the original condition with the original tags attached. Items that have been worn, are damaged, marked, dirty, scented, or have not been received back in the condition that they were sent in, will be refused a refund and the item/s will be sent back to the customer.

 For returns that meet our returns policy, we offer full refunds for the item/s returned back to us and this will be processed back to your original payment method.

 Any items that are being returned that were pick up in store or local delivery orders follow the same returns policy. PLEASE NOTE – it is the customer’s responsibility to return the items their own way and Forward Fashion does not collect or retrieve orders that were collected or delivered locally.

 Faulty/Damaged/Incorrect Items:

 All items are put through quality control stages before they are sent out to our customers. However, in the unlikely and rare event that you do receive a faulty/damaged/incorrect item, then please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order at info@forwardfashionuk.com with your order number, photographs of the product and a detailed description of the issue/s. We will then escalate this to ensure that the appropriate refund/replacement/solution is provided.

 Any returns that reach us and the fault has not been discussed with a member of our team, runs the risk of being rejected for a refund and then the customer will receive their item/s sent back to them.

 Starting The Returns Process:

 If you would like to start the returns process, then please contact our customer service team at info@forwardfashionuk.com with your order number & reason for return.

 Once you have reached out to us, a member of our team will be able to guide you through our easy returns process. PLEASE NOTE – we are unable to offer refunds on postage.

 When packaging up your order, please ensure that you enclose a note which states your order number & reason for return. This will enable us to process your return quicker. If the stated information is not provided within your parcel, then this can impose delays within the returns process.

 When your return has been delivered, it can take up to 7 days to be processed. Once we have processed your refund, you will be notified of this via email and can expect to receive the funds back to your original payment method within 2 – 5 Business days depending on the payment provider.
