  • When you place an order with Forward Fashion, you are required to read and tick the box which states that you have read the returns and exchanges policy, as well as the terms and conditions. 

  • Please always check your junk mailbox as well as your inbox for your order confirmations and shipping confirmations. 

  • Forward Fashion will accept returns on full priced items within14 days of receipt and the Customer will then be provided with a store credit via email as long as the items are in full resalable condition. This means with all items still in their original packaging, tags and swing tags fully attached, undamaged, unaltered and must be without any marks or fragrances on any of the products. Any items returned outside of the 14 day period will be denied store credit or an exchange. 

  • Forward Fashion cannot accept returns on swimwear due to hygiene reasons.

  • Sale items are exchange only. Once we have received your sale item, we will contact you regarding your exchange.

  • Gift Vouchers & Store Credit are non refundable and non exchangeable. 

  • Store credit will enable you to make a purchase at your own desire using the amount refunded and can only be spent online at Forward Fashion. You will be provided with a code via email in order for you to do this. Store credit is redeemable against the customers next purchase and any remaining balance on the purchase will need to be fulfilled with an alternative payment method. Store Credit is valid for 1 year from the date it has been issued. 

  • It is at Forward Fashion's discrecion as to whether the item has been returned in a re-sellable condition and Forward Fashion will have the final say on the return enquiry. Forward Fashion can decline returns if they have not been returned in the mentioned requirements. 

  • When returning an item, please ensure that you have read the return guidelines listed on this page and then send us an email at info@forwardfashionuk.com to include your name, email address used to place the order, order number, which items you are returning and a brief explanation that details why you are returning your item. Then, we ask that you place a note inside the parcel that states your order number and name so we can identify your return and process it quicker once it has arrived. On the front of the parcel, please write the returns address which will be given to you once we have responded to your email. Unfortunately, Forward Fashion cannot fund the postage costs for the return and it is the customers responsibility to provide a tracking number and keep record of this as we are unable to take liability for lost parcels.

  • If you receive a faulty product, please contact us at info@forwardfashionuk.com where we can investigate the issue further and help to provide you with the appropriate refund. 

  • Your statutory rights are not affected within the shopping or returning process at Forward Fashion. 

 

Exchange Information:

  • If you receive an item and you decide that you require the next size up or a size down, please contact us at info@forwardfashionuk.com where we can provide you with an appropriate exchange to fulfil you with the correct size. We may not be able to offer exchanges on all of our products due to stock limitations, therefore if this is the case, we will then be able to offer you a full refund. We will provide you with the address to send your items to via email and once we receive the items, we can send out your desired size. Please include in the package a brief note that states your name, email address and order number so that we can fulfil your exchange quicker. 

  • We can accept exchanges on all items providing that they meet the given requirements stated above. 

  • All exchanges will be dispatched via the Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class Shipping method.

  • Unfortunately, Forward Fashion cannot fund the postage costs for the exchange and it is the customers responsibility to provide a tracking number and keep record of this as we are unable to take liability for lost parcels.
